Comments or questions

Hi, I recently acquired a Garmin Foreeunner 305 and was hopint to use this to load my routes into Routegadget. I havwe watched your video that describes how to do this, but I cannot get started as I can’t find a way of exporting my data as a .GPX file.  Can you help me in any way please?
Regards,
John

The Garmin Training Centre application that comes with the 305 has the option to export as GPX.
Garmin Connect the online app also has that option.
SportTracks and most analysis applications offer GPX export.
