Map not found problem
This can be due to Java not having enough memory allocated to process the image.
Read on for how to fix it on both Windows and Mac.
This is usually due to the map image that has been uploaded by the club’s administrator being larger than necessary. Your local Java install then runs out of memory to process it. So the solution is to increase the amount of memory available to Java.
I am not an expert in Java, so I looked at a few other sites explaining how to do it and then took some screenshots from my own computers. So I can’t offer any support above this due to my ignorance.
Windows 7
These steps apply to Windows 7, other Windows versions will have a similar process but the screens may not look quite the same.
Close all web browser windows first. Then go to the Start Menu, and open the Control Panel. Go to Programs and you should see something like this:

Or this:

Click the Java button/text and you should then see this:

Select the Java tab and then the View button and get this:

Double click the Runtime Parameters box and enter the following: -Xmx384m and then OK.

Then when you see this:

Remember to Click Apply.
If you go back in and view the parameters you should see the the entry. If there are multiple lines with different versions you need to repeat the process for every line.
Apple Mac Snow Leopard
Quit all web browser applications first (Safari, Firefox, etc.). Then, open up your system hard drive, typically called “Macintosh HD”.
Browse to Applications > Utilities > Java, and double-click on Java Preferences.

Then:

Click on the General tab. select options, enter in the following value: -Xmx384m and click OK.

Repeat for other versions.
