Aut-O-Download is a software package for downloading electronic cards for all forms of Orienteering, including MTB-O and Trailquest.
It is very easy to use and can produce the files required for RG.
SportTracks
Is a free GPS enabled exercise logbook that amongst many other things, produces a suitable file to upload your routes into RouteGadget.
